The external deburr/chamfer tool repairs damaged bolts and chamfers metal bar quickly and easily. The five tungsten blades cut cleanly to leave a smooth surface finish on a wide range of materials including stainless steel, hardened steel, fibreglass and hard plastic. Designed to be used with an electric drill, use on slower speed settings for best results, maximum recommended speed is 150rpm. Covers larger sizes of bolts, studs and threaded rod diameters from 13mm to 35mm, so perfect for use in a commercial vehicle workshop. The safe and simple solution for repairing hammer-damaged, squashed or flattened threads.
