Halfords High Temp Gloss Blk Paint 250ml Tin

The Halfords High Temperature Gloss Black Paint 250ml can resist temperatures up to 600°C (or 1,100°F), perfect for use on engine components. The paint leaves a durable glossy finish. When applied, this black paint is resistant to corrosion, petrol, chemicals, and adverse weather to keep your surfaces at their best. Since it can withstand such extreme temperatures, this paint is ideal for use on exhaust manifolds, air-cooled engine parts, and other direct-to-metal, high heat applications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
The icons on the side of the can give you quick instructions on things like working temperature and drying times.

Avoid using in direct sunshine, cold, damp, humid or windy weather. The recommended ambient temperature whilst painting is anywhere between +10° to +25°C.

Ensure you read the complete instructions and familiarise yourself with each step, and make sure you have all consumables you need to hand before you start to paint.

CAUTIONS:
*The drying time can change depending on the ambient temperature, humidity and the thickness of the coats applied. Ensure the paint is fully dry before moving onto the next stage.
Take care when preparing older paint surfaces (pre-1970) as these may contain harmful lead.
Make sure you have enough ventilation in the area you’re painting in to prevent a harmful build-up of solvent gasses.
