ATE Rear Brake Disc

Most modern cars have disc brakes on the front wheels, and some have disc brakes on all four wheels. The function of the brake disc is to slow down or stop the car. When the brake pedal is pressed the brake pads "squeeze" the brake disc which generates friction.                                                                                                                                                                      Brake discs should be replaced when they are worn below the minimum thickness, worn unevenly, warped or heavily scored. Should be replaced in pairs with new brake pads fitted at the same time.

ATE brakes have come as standard equipment on some of the world's finest cars since the 1930s. If your vehicle was originally equipped with ATE brakes, new replacement ATE brakes will ensure that you retain the exceptional control during braking that your vehicle was designed for. But you can still get the advantages of ATE brakes even if your car didn't have them from the factory.

Profit from the experience of one of the world's premier automotive suppliers and brake specialists. ATE is one of Europe's leading brake disc part suppliers. You can rely on the tested quality of a product that is used worldwide, ATE only use the most up-to-date OE materials in the production of Original ATE brake parts, ensuring optimum braking performance.
