Directions to McConechy's Glasgow
The A74 London Road north of the River Clyde is the easiest way to reach McConechy's Glasgow from either direction.
Head for Celtic Park and take the Clyde Gateway south. Take the first right at the traffic lights into the industrial estate, then it's left, right and left again to reach us.
Alternatively, turn off London Road at Boden Street and head straight down until you see McConechy's Tyres on the right.
What's nearby?
Celtic Park and the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome are two of the biggest local landmarks, both minutes away on foot after leaving your car at McConechy's Tyres.
Beyond them to the south-east is the Cuningar Loop of the River Clyde, a tight meander with footpaths, standing stones and adventure playgrounds for the kids to explore.
Of course central Glasgow is also just a few minutes west along London Road, with more greenery and open space to enjoy as you pass through Glasgow Green on your way into the city centre.
Public transport
Take any of the local services to Celtic Park and it's just a few minutes' walk south via Boden Street or the Clyde Gateway to get to McConechy's Tyres.
By rail, both Bridgeton and Dalmarnock Stations are nearby. Regular services get you into Glasgow Central Station in a matter of minutes, with onward connections for longer journeys.
