- The Campaign is open between 00.01am on 25 March 2025 and 23:59 pm on 28 April 2025 (the "Campaign Period").
- The Campaign is open to Halfords customers aged 18 or over, who are resident in the United Kingdom, including employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professional connected to the Campaign, who purchase sale products online or in store at Halfords during the Campaign Period.
- The Campaign is organised by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0DE, company number 00103161 (“Halfords”). By making a purchase of our sale products, participants (the “Campaign Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Campaign includes offers across motoring and cycling products. Of those on offer, there are offers ranging from 10% to 50% off.
- The Campaign offers can be used in conjunction with gift vouchers, colleague discount or Halfords Motoring Club benefits, but cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This Campaign is available at www.halfords.com or Halfords retail stores.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Halfords reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Campaign and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Campaign subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, participating customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
- Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
