The grading rating list and the criteria for each grade are shown below. These ratings aren’t definitive, so we’d always recommend that you inspect your e-bike when you collect it to make sure that you’re happy with the condition before you complete your purchase.

Mileage
Some of our 2nd hand e-bikes will have new controller units fitted. Therefore, the Odometer will state zero mileage. The bike will be graded based on the mileage taken from the old controller.
Safety Checks
All our second-hand e-bikes are safety checked by one of our expert e-bike technicians before being fully restored and repaired to ensure they’re safe to ride away on the same day you collect.
They check the wheels, frame, saddle, drivetrain, handlebars, motor, controller, display, charger, and battery, and ensure there is no water damage, structural damage, modifications, or any dampening of the battery compartment.
