All Halfords mudguards are now made with at least 60% recycled material and this can be up to 90% depending on availability of recycled material. This doesn't effect the strength or colour of the mudguards.

The Halfords mudguard set comes with all the bolts and brackets you need to fix this to most hybrid and gravel bikes. It mounts on the bridge between the seat stays or on the fork bridge keeping it close to the wheel for maximum protection. If you're riding off-road, we reccomend to choose a mountain bike mudguard that offers better flexibility but with less coverage.

Ensure there is a gap between the tyre and mudguard to allow for mud clearance and prevent any rubbing of the guard on the tyre when riding over rougher ground. Enure the front mudguard isn't restricting the movement of gear or brake cables and is tightly fitted before riding. Use the provided spacers and washers to ensure a secure and safe fit.
