How can I track my order?

The item I want is out of stock / unavailable, can I pre-order?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept pre-orders for items that are not currently available.
Pre-orders cannot be taken via the website or through our customer services team. For some of our most popular lines where we are expecting more stock to arrive soon you will see an option on the product page to register your interest to be emailed when more stock arrives.
If you need help finding a suitable alternative product please click here to contact us. We are currently experiencing a higher volume of contact than normal but will connect you to an expert as soon as possible.

I want to cancel/amend my order
I need to change the address on my order
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the details of your order once it has been submitted. If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or post code, then despite not being able to directly amend the address, we are able to pass this information to the courier prior to them delivering your parcel. In some circumstances, if we are unable to contact the courier, we can request cancellation of the delivery and return the parcel to sender (RTS).

Cancelling an order for collection
To cancel Click & Collect orders click here, enter your email address, order number, and then click "check status". Just below the store address, click "cancel order".
Once your request has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm. Once you have received your email to confirm, refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear in your account (this time will be dependent on your card provider).
How do I find out if you're getting any more stock in?
Unfortunately we can't be completely sure of expected stock dates, so your best bet is to keep an eye on the website.

The easiest way to return an item which has been delivered, is to pop into your local store.
