- Choose your local store and browse the electric bikes that are available.
- Select the electric bike you'd like to try and book a day that suits you.
- Continue through the checkout process to confirm and finalise your booking.
- Visit the store on the day of your booking to collect your bike. Don't forget to bring 2 forms of ID with you, including one photo ID.
- Pay the refundable £101 deposit and before you set off a colleague will talk you through how to use the electric bike and will size it up for you. (Please note, we are unable to provide you with a helmet, but we do advise that you wear one while riding your trial e-bike).
We hope you’ve enjoyed your time trialling an electric bike! Here’s what you need to do when it's time for the trial bike to be returned.
- Clean off any excess mud or dirt from the trial electric bike.
- Return the bike to the store that you collected it from by the time stated.
- A colleague will check over the bike to ensure that everything is as it should be.
- If you’d like to purchase an electric bike of your own, your deposit amount will be deducted from the bill. Alternatively, the deposit amount will be refunded to the card that you paid it with.
