Voodoo DNA
The Sobo isn’t just a kids mountain bike – it’s carefully designed to excel off-road.
Every aspect of the design is thought out and many of its features are derived from Voodoo’s award-winning range of adult bikes, providing your child with everything they need to develop their riding skills.
This starts with a junior-specific frameset that incorporates technology trickled down from the adult mountain bike range, including a MTB geometry that’s a scaled-down version of the geometry used on adult bikes and a lightweight frame that’s robust enough to handle any knocks as your child learns. And as we all know, a frame has got to look good too – and the Sobo doesn’t disappoint! A bright and bold colour scheme will ensure your kid looks cool on their new ride.
A Shimano 1x drivetrain is perfect for younger riders, providing reliable performance while being intuitive and easy to maintain. Combined with the rear cassette, there’s enough gears to get up the steepest hills.
When it comes to stopping, your child will be in safe hands thanks to reliable disc brakes that provide supreme performance in all conditions and on all terrains.
Considered componentry
Every Voodoo mountain bike is designed for and tested in the UK – and this includes carefully chosen junior-specific componentry. As a result, the Sobo is ready for a range of adventures, from family rides to off-road trails.
Keeping the Sobo firmly planted, the bike’s equipped with high-volume, performance tyres that provide plenty of grip. This grip is enhanced by a Suntour suspension fork which can be adjusted to suit the rider weight.
All of this contributes towards a ride that’s capable, but just as importantly, lots of fun! So much fun that the family cycling adventures can last all day – and when they do, a special mountain bike saddle will keep your little one comfortable.

24” wheel bikes are for children 127-144cm in height, mostly 8–11-year-olds. Height is the best indicator of what wheel size bike to buy. Use our height chart to determine the best size bike for your child.
26” wheel kids bikes are for children that are 145cm-154cm in height. Most adult mountain bikes also come with 26” wheels. The small 14” frame versions can be ridden by children over 150cm typically aged 11+. Use our height chart to determine the best size bike for your child.

Can I get my bike built before I collect it?
When you order a bike to collect in-store, you will have the option to have it built by our experts for £10 or collect boxed (unbuilt) for free. If your chosen bike is £350 or over, we will build for free.
Please note Bikes that are in stock in your chosen store can be reserved as above but an additional 48hrs will be added to build
Adding Bike Build for collection in store means you will need to choose a collection slot to collect your bike. Once you have chosen a slot, this date and time is unable to be amended.
Forgot to add your bike build? No problem! Simply contact your chosen Store and they will get this added on for you.
*Note bike builds added after the order has been placed will add up to 24 hours on the collection time.
Bikes that have to be ordered into your chosen store will be ready for collection in up to seven working days. Some exceptions may apply for Online Exclusive products which are despatched by the vendor and have longer collection/delivery times.
